Sangeeta Garg is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lucien Point, bringing more than 16 years of leadership experience across technology, operations, customer experience, human resources, and organizational leadership. Prior to founding Lucien Point, she held leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations, managing multi-million-dollar operations, driving workforce planning and talent development, and building highly engaged teams — and earlier in her career worked as a Software Engineer, giving her a distinctive perspective on the challenges organizations face today
